Abstract In the history of Iran after Islam, the emergence of the Safavid dynasty is an important turning point; after centuries of foreign rule, Iran has become an independent and independent state in the Islamic East; it has come to a close rivalry with the Ottoman Empire, and has issued a call for the Ottomans to rule the kingdom and caliphate Islam denies The establishment of Safavid sovereignty in the 907th Lunar years created a strong economic competition between Iran and the Ottomans. In the tenth and eleventh centuries, the rulers of the two countries continuously and widely used economic issues as levers of pressure on each other, which would have had a devastating effect on the dictators. What is being considered at first sight of Iran-Ottoman relations is the description of the bloody wars of two powerful neighbors who ever tried to turn their opponents to their knees with their own ideology. The founder of the Safavid dynasty succeeded in dismantling all the rivals in the short time and creating a powerful central government that had come to the Ottoman government, especially when the Safavid advocates migrated to Persia in a group and continent from Asia Minor, causing Ottoman worries. The leading paper is to analyze, dominate trade routes, major economic centers, war riches and some issues related to the economy, which created the tension between Safavids and Ottomans. The framework and structure of Iran-Ottoman relations are examined and analyzed from two categories of convergence and divergence.
